Description
Ladoo is prepared by roasting flour—such as besan, rava, or boondi—in ghee until it turns golden and aromatic. Once roasted, the mixture is cooled slightly and combined with powdered sugar, cardamom, and optional add-ins like nuts or raisins. The warm mixture is then shaped into round balls while still pliable. After cooling completely, the ladoos firm up and develop their classic texture. This method creates rich, flavorful, and aromatic ladoos that stay fresh when stored in airtight containers.
