Description
Dates Ladoo is prepared by deseeding and chopping soft dates, then lightly sautéing them in a little ghee until they soften and form a sticky paste. Separately, nuts like almonds, cashews, and pistachios are dry-roasted for flavor and crushed coarsely.

- Cashew
- ½ cup cashew / kaju, chopped
- 2 tbsp dates / kishmish
- ¼ cup dry coconut / copra, chopped
- 1 tsp poppy seeds / khus khus
