Description
Groundnut Ladoo is prepared by roasting peanuts until crisp, then removing their skins and coarsely crushing them. Jaggery is heated separately until it melts into a thick, sticky syrup. The crushed peanuts are quickly mixed into the hot jaggery syrup to coat them evenly. While the mixture is still warm and pliable, small portions are shaped into round ladoos. Once cooled, they firm up and develop a crunchy, flavorful texture.
