Description
Badhusha is made by mixing refined flour with ghee and curd to create a soft dough. The dough is shaped into round patties and deep-fried slowly on low flame to achieve its signature flaky layers. Finally, it is dipped in warm sugar syrup, which gives it a glossy finish and melt-in-mouth sweetness.
