Description
Motichur Ladoo is prepared by making fine boondi from gram flour batter, fried into tiny round droplets.
These boondis are soaked in warm sugar syrup infused with cardamom and saffron for flavour.
The mixture is then blended with ghee, nuts, and shaped gently into soft, perfect ladoos.
