Description
Mysore Pak is prepared by roasting fresh gram flour in pure ghee until aromatic, then slowly mixing it with hot sugar syrup. The mixture is cooked until it reaches the perfect consistency and is poured into trays to set. Once cooled, it is cut into soft, delicious pieces that offer a rich taste with every bite.
