Description
Sooji Ladoo is prepared by roasting semolina (sooji/rava) in ghee on low flame until it turns golden and releases a fragrant aroma. Once slightly cooled, the roasted sooji is mixed with powdered sugar, cardamom, and optional ingredients like grated coconut or chopped nuts.
