Description
Wheat Ladoo is prepared by roasting whole wheat flour (atta) in ghee on low flame until it turns golden brown and releases a rich, nutty aroma. The roasted flour is then cooled slightly and mixed with powdered jaggery or sugar, cardamom, and optional nuts for added flavor.
